Terms & Conditions

Payment: 100% advance against Proforma Invoice/Quotation.

Price Validity: Prices valid till stock lasts. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery & Taxes: Ex-warehouse basis. Freight and GST extra as applicable.

Warranty: Warranty against manufacturing defects only. Warranty will not apply in case of opened, burnt, tampered, or physically damaged products. Warranty also does not cover damage caused due to voltage fluctuation, improper installation, water ingress, or misuse.

Service Policy: No on-site service will be provided.

Warranty Claims: Defective products must be sent to our service center at the customer's cost for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Transit & Inspection: Goods are properly packed before dispatch. The company shall not be responsible for any transit damage or loss. Any shortage or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns: Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.

Repair Collection: Products sent for repair must be collected within 30 days of notification. After this period, the company reserves the right to dispose of the product and no claim shall be entertained.

Limitation of Liability: Company liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products only.

Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
